Class Action

March 2004 – October 2005: Valuation services for James C. Webering, Attorney; Class Action law suit against the City of Glenwood, Iowa relating to diminution in residential property values due to installation of undersized septic systems in Glenwood, Iowa; Designed and administered questionnaires to certified real estate appraisers, real estate agents and brokers to assist in quantifying diminution in property value.
